The steak knives look great and built well. The problem it that the serrations are too close together and rather than cut the meat the knife saws it making a bunch on sawdust meat. If the knives had wider serations they would work better. If they had none, even better and would cut as nice as the kitchen knives. Im wishing I hadn't baught them. We went back to our old non-serated steak knives. Now the news ones just sit in the drawer.
